- We do not guarantee that the customer is allowed to import the goods into the USA.
- We will not reimburse the amount paid for goods and transport if he does not get the goods into the country due to missing import documents.
- We will pass on all costs to him that arise from the fact that he did not get the goods into the country – such as Storage fees, return shipping, destruction
- Creation of missing documents etc. – no matter what ……
- Customer has to pay customs clearance and pay the corresponding costs.
Importer has to comply with these points in order to initiate the order.
